What an indoctrination idiot. The problem is always salt. Our nutrients are derived from salt no matter what. This guy is just regurgitating what he was taught by dogmatic lies. Get rid of the salt! I am working on learning the chemistry of aquaponics and so this video has been very useful to me. I am interested about where you talk about "heterotrophic denitrifiers" that turn nitrate into nitrogen gas which can harmlessly enter the atmosphere. I have heard elsewhere that these bacteria can also turn nitrate back into nitrite. Is this true? Under what sorts of circumstances would these hetereotrophic bacteria turn nitrate into nitrogen gas and under what circumstances would they create nitrite?
